We are looking for engaged photo enthusiasts who can help organise the events in 2020 and participate in the Verein to continue .

In particular, we are looking for people who can help with these tasks:

• Finding special locations for the summer Fotomarathon
• Writing online texts for the website, newsletter and social media
• Update content on our website using WordPress
• Help conceptualize the next Fotomarathon and Exhibition
• Help build the Exhibition and help organise workshops

If you have a passion for photography, are good at organising, love being around people , come help make the next Fotomarathon a reality. Drop us a line at kontakt@fotomarathon.de so we can arrange a time to meet the team. We can tell you more about it and can answer your questions

DONATE KNOWLEDGE

You can also support the continuity of the Fotomarathon by donating your expert knowledge. If you are a tax advisor, an expert in WordPress or a graphic designer, you can donate your time and expertise -and make the donation tax deductible.

The Fotomarathon Berlin is looking for experts who can advise us pro-bono in these areas.

• Tax related matters: we need to submit our tax declaration every 3 years and we have some questions for an expert.
• Updating our graphic design: we want to bring our postcards, posters and other print products up to date. We would welcome help with new ideas.
• Improving our Website: we want to clean up our website of old content, updating images and archiving text.
• Checking our GDPR processes: We would like to have some advice on keeping our practices and policies up to date.

If you have enjoyed the Fotomarathon over the last 20 years you know it requires a lot of energy and money to keep it running. As a volunteer run project, we know enthusiasm is important but we also need funds to pay for expenses such as web-hosting, printing promotional materials or renting rooms for the exhibition.

You can donate money to cover our running costs so the volunteer team can continue to organise the event. Your donation is tax deductible. As a non profit association, we can issue donation receipts for any amount you donate. You can make a one-time donation or commit to donate monthly as you prefer.
