The Association Verein für Ereignisse e.V has been awarded non profit status by Berlin´s internal revenue department for organizations in Charlottenburg, under the number 27/680/56086, and is registered as a non profit organization at the Amtsgericht Charlottenburg under the number VR 29458 B.

Legal formalities to Fotomarathon Logo and Contents of this Website
The word “Fotomarathon” together with our "Fotoman" logo is protected, registered in the German Patent Office under the number 300 72 154.4/41. The Logo and Isologo were created by Sylvie Hartmann and Thomas Kolb.

If someone is planning a similar event, we would be interested to hear about it, we are very interested to connect all Fotomarathons in a network.

We would explicitly like to point out that all of our logo, website texts, photos and layouts are protected by copyright. They must not be used, distributed or changed without our permission.
