The Berlin Fotomarathon presents itself as a new and exciting challenge.

The Fotomarathon is only possible thanks to a team effort – and the will to do something fun in this fantastic, creative city of ours. The team is formed by a handful of enthusiastic volunteers who share a passion for photography and their love for Berlin – whether as Berlin originals or as Berliners by choice. We love the challenge of creating a unique and fun experience to share with hundreds of photo enthusiasts, and to create a yearly portrait of Berlin showing its thousands of faces in as many photos during the exhibition. If you enjoy photography, are somehow a good organizer with skills or abilities to share, and would like to be part of this unique yearly experience, you will love organizing the next Fotomarathon. We are looking for support in the following areas:

 

  • PR and press,

  • graphic design,

  • location scouting,

  • PR, fundraising and relations with sponsors,

  • Online work: Website admin (Joomla mostly) and

  • general event organisation.

The Berlin Fotomarathon is organized by the Verein für Ereignisse e.V, which is recognized as a non-profit organization (Class I) in Berlin and registered in the Berlin Register for Non Profit Associations under the number VR 29458 B. Our by laws can be found here (only in German)
